One-off sessions (not eligible for reimbursement)
30 to 65 euros per session is reimbursed if you have supplementary insurance with: Nationale Nederlanden, Zilveren Kruis, Achmea, CZ Direct, OHRA, FBTO, Menzis, Anderzorg, Avéro, De Friesland, Salland, OZF, PMA, ONVZ, PNO, and VvAa. You are responsible for checking this with your insurer.
