Hartmonie
Hypnotherapie, EMDR for stress, trauma and personal growth
Strenghten in Change from within
Bij Hartmonie At Hartmonie in Amsterdam North I guide adults who experience stress, burnout and unprocessed experiences.
Especially people who feel and understand a lot, but still get stuck.
Method
I work with EMDR, hypnotherapy and body-oriented methods focused on processing, rest, and recovery.
In a way that doesn't push, but deepens.
With more calm, clarity, and control from within. To process tension, emotions, and trauma through the body as well, rather than just through talking.
In addition to forms of therapy such as EMDR and hypnotherapy, I also work with sound and relaxation methods such as Peter Hess® klankschaalmassage & klankmeditatie
Treatment process
In most cases, I work within a short process of 2 to 3 sessions, depending on the request for assistance.
Movement often begins in the very first session, after which we continue working on deepening and integration.
During the intake, we will look together at what is suitable for your situation.
Professional guidance,Often (partially) covered by your health insurance
As a recognized CAT Reimbursable Therapist, my consultations often qualify for (partial) reimbursement through supplementary insurance.
Health insurers such as CZ, Zilveren Kruis, FBTO, ONVZ, and Menzis regularly offer coverage for this.

What customers say:

The session with Olga gave me a tremendous amount of insight. I found it a wonderful experience to be able to go back in time so easily. Things I had forgotten turned out to have a major influence on how I manifest myself now. I think I got more out of that entire afternoon with Olga than a full course of therapy with a psychologist or coach. When I walked out the door, a few traumas had truly fallen away from me. I considered it a great gift to myself.
Merel van der Velden | Orthomoleculair therapeut www.orthophysics.nl

Olga has a beautiful energy. She is patient and well informed. The session to me went better than expected. She guided me effortlessly into a deep trance. Olga is fluent in English and this made the experience even better as I am an international.
Zako Haasbroek

I had a wonderful session with Olga that I benefited greatly from. It provided a lot of peace and tools for the future.
Carla Imming

Olga is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She is very open and genuinely interested. She connected well with my questions and problems. I definitely recommend her! I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders after this hypnosis!
Johanna

The care with so much attention and love is therapeutic in itself, let alone the special encounter with yourself. I say just do it!
Marlous Engelsma

A QHHT hypnosis with Olga is truly a very special experience! Olga takes you on a journey of discovery, explains everything clearly, and puts you completely at ease. As a result, it feels safe and familiar before, during, and after the session, allowing you to fully relax and surrender to the process. The deep state of relaxation and awareness you reach feels wonderful. For me, it was a beautiful and insightful experience for which I am very grateful.
Brigit

A warm welcome and a loving gaze—that is how I came to know Olga. Her empathy made me feel immediately at ease and allowed me to let go of ‘control’. In complete surrender, I was able to journey to my deepest questions, and Olga’s voice felt like a anchor. What I found particularly special was that it seemed as if Olga was watching along, adding depth at the right moment or setting a different course. I have learned to surf in time; I now know sooner when I have fallen off the board, and with the next wave, I climb back on.
Marjan V.

I had a wonderful experience with Olga. She is a loving, open person, so you feel at ease right away, and the hypnosis leads you to wondrous places within yourself. There, you discover that you actually already have quite a few answers to your questions. Highly recommended!
Sam Ros

Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a QHHT session under the inspiring guidance of Olga. Before she begins a detailed explanation of her method, she explores your current life path with you in an empathetic and insightful way, during which the penny often drops. In doing so, she truly puts you at ease. Ultimately, she feels so familiar at the start of the session that it takes no effort to surrender to her. She safely guides me through this clarifying session.
Carmen

Naomi A.

Fantastisch! Ik gun dit iedereen. Olga is zeer betrouwbaar en weet wat ze doet!

Frequently asked questions
Below you will find the most frequently asked questions. However, if your question is not listed, please feel free to contact us.
What is a singing bowl massage and how does it work?
A Peter Hess® singing bowl massage is a holistically oriented form of massage in which metal bowls are used on and/or around the body. While you lie or sit comfortably, the bowls are struck gently and methodically, producing sound vibrations that influence the body and mind.
The vibrations resonate through the body, which can help with relaxation, activating the self-healing capacity, stress reduction, inviting you to inspiration and creativity and it in balancing energyThe bowls are of high quality and crafted with expertise. The metals used include: copper, tin, iron, lead, silver, and gold.
A sound massage lasts 45 minutes, including a brief conversation before and after, making it 60 minutes in total. Research and experience show that 60 minutes is truly enough for a massage.
How does a singing bowl massage differ from other forms of massage?
What distinguishes singing bowl massages is the use of sound vibrations combined with very light touch, for example to indicate where and when the bowls are placed, or when the bowls are therapeutically “dragged” over the body. This is in contrast to purely physical manipulation of muscles and tissues, as in traditional forms of massage.
How does a singing bowl massage differ from a sound meditation?
A singing bowl massage focuses on physical contact because the singing bowls literally on the body come to stand and the use of sound vibrations for targeted harmonization and relaxation of the body.
A sound meditation is more focused on the passive experience of the sounds and vibrations of various instruments around the body go there for deep relaxation and a change in consciousness.
Who is a sound bowl massage or meditation suitable for?
Sound bowl massages and meditations are suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds who are looking for a holistic approach to relaxation and well-being.
For who is it not suitable for?
Although Peter Hess® singing bowl massages are generally considered safe and many people benefit from them, there are some situations in which it is not appropriate to undergo a singing bowl massage.
In case of serious medical conditions such as:
- Heart problems, epilepsy, severe mental disorders, or recent surgery.
- If you are suffering from a contagious disease, such as the flu, a cold, or another form of infectious condition, it is advisable to postpone the sound bowl massage until you have fully recovered to reduce the risk of spreading the infection.
- If you are allergic to certain metals or materials used in the singing bowls.
- With some pacemakers, sound bowl massage cannot be used. Always consult your healthcare provider first.
- Undergoing a sound massage is not recommended for serious psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, or for a predisposition to psychosis.
- Although sound bowl massages are generally considered safe during pregnancy, it is always wise to discuss this with your midwife or doctor before undergoing a massage. It is not recommended to undergo a sound massage during the first trimester of pregnancy.
Am I in professional and safe hands?
about me
Professionalism, ethics, privacy, and hygiene are essential to me.
Since 2024, I have been an officially registered Hypnotherapist, following the completion of the higher professional education (HBO) equivalent Hypnotherapy training at Hypnoworld Academy (Boxmeer).
I have been certified in EMDR for therapists and coaches since 2025 through Floor Slagter's training.
I hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree with an oncology specialization and am BIG-registered. With 22 years of experience in healthcare, in both an Amsterdam hospital and community nursing, I combine medical knowledge with empathetic guidance.
In 2020, I began my hypnosis training, including Quantum Hypnosis at the Dolores Cannon Academy and Introspective Hypnosis with Antonio Sangio (2021). My practice ‘Voyagehypnose’ started in 2020 and grew into Hartmonie, where I integrate hypnosis and sound therapy.
I am certified and registered with the Peter Hess® Academy Netherlands/Belgium for singing bowl therapy and completed a Gong Masterclass at the Singing Bowl Expertise Centre.
Hartmonie is affiliated with the CAT Collectief, as a result of which my treatments are (partially) reimbursed by health insurers. Additionally, I am registered with the GAT Disputes Committee.
Are there specific preparations I need to make for a sound bowl massage or meditation?
Be sure to bring comfortable clothing.
And take off jewelry as much as possible and leave it at home.
How many sessions are typically needed to experience results?
The number of sessions required to experience results can vary depending on individual needs and goals. Some people experience immediate benefits after one session, while others may require regular appointments for long-lasting effects. This can be discussed in consultation.
Are there any possible side effects I should be aware of?
Although singing bowl massages and experiences are generally safe, some people may experience minor side effects, such as fatigue, emotional release, or mild physical discomfort. These side effects are usually short-lived and temporary.
Can I be hypnotized and what does that feel like?
The ability to be hypnotized varies from person to person. Generally speaking, the majority of people are capable of entering a state of hypnosis, but the depth and speed at which this occurs can vary.
It is important to note that hypnosis is a collaborative process between the hypnotherapist and the person being hypnotized. Although some people can be hypnotized more easily than others, virtually anyone can benefit from hypnosis if they are open to it and willing to cooperate.
How does hypnosis feel?
During a hypnosis session, you are in a very deep and pleasant state of relaxation, in which your brain naturally finds itself twice a day: namely, when you are about to fall asleep and the images of your dreams often begin, and when you are waking up. This is the theta state of being in which your brain finds itself at that time. In this state of relaxation, you are conscious, but your consciousness is much less active. This allows you to easily connect with your subconscious.
Under hypnosis, people are generally more receptive to suggestions given by the hypnotherapist. However, this does not mean that they lose their free will or will do things they do not want to do. You still retain a certain degree of control over your thoughts and actions.
Sommige mensen ervaren emotionele reacties tijdens hypnose, variërend van een gevoel van diepe rust en vrede tot het vrijkomen van allerlei andere emoties.
What are the potential benefits of hypnosis?
The potential benefits of hypnosis include:
Resolving deep-seated emotional blockages
Improvement of self-confidence and self-esteem
Promoting personal growth and spiritual development
Healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level
for complaints such as:
Stress and burnout symptoms
Anxiety and phobias

Hoe verloopt een typische Hypnosesessie?
A hypnosis session consists of 3 parts:
Introduction
We take ample time to discover together where your wishes and needs for change lie. In advance, you prepare questions and themes that are important to you. Valuable insights often emerge at this stage.Hypnosis session
You are comfortably guided into a deep state of relaxation and focus, in which your subconscious is open to suggestions and visualizations. Together, we work on the desired changes. I employ various hypnosis techniques, such as regression, introspective hypnosis, and complementary sound therapy with singing bowls and sound tubes, which deepen and enhance the experience. The session is always recorded using high-quality audio equipment so that you can listen back to it later.Debriefing and integration
After the session, we will briefly discuss your experience. You will receive the recording by email the following day. Regularly listening to this recording supports the integration process, strengthens the transformation, and helps deepen insights.
Duration and session options
- The intake and first session last a maximum of 2.5 hours. Follow-up sessions usually last a maximum of 1.5 hours.
Optional: Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) — an extensive session of approximately 3 to 4 hours, in which multiple themes and questions are addressed. This in-depth method offers insights and healing in a single session.
Who is a session suitable for?
Hypnosis helps with a wide range of complaints and life questions, such as:
Anxiety and phobias
Addictions and unwanted habits
Stress, burnout and overstrain
Trauma processing
Weight management
Menopause and PMS symptoms
Negative patterns in HSP
Bereavement processing

In palliative care, hypnosis also provides support for anxiety, pain, intense grief, and existential questions.
Why my hypnotherapy?
I combine hypnosis with healing sound and personal audio recordings for deeper relaxation and lasting change.
When is a session not suitable?
Voor mensen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen zoals:
- Schizophrenia
- Hallucinations
- Psychoses

- Bipolaire stoornissen
- Vergevorderde Alzheimer

- Bij Doofheid
- Children up to 18 years old

Ben ik in professioneel gekwalificeerde en veilige handen?
about me
Professionalism, ethics, privacy, and hygiene are essential to me.

Are there any specific preparations I need to make for a hypnosis session?
Preparations for your hypnosis may consist of:
- Setting clear goals for during and after the session. What do you hope to get out of the session? How would you like your life to look after the session? Where would you like to see change in your life?
- Opening the mind to the possibility of change and growth. Allow yourself to change and allow yourself to step out of your comfort zone. This is the best place to grow. By always doing the same thing, usually not much changes. So keep an open mind and judge as little as possible.
- Je kunt voor jouw gemak kleding aan doen die lekker comfortabel zit.
- Drink van te voren geen alcohol of neem geen drugs, want dit kan je sessie flink beïnvloeden en dat zou natuurlijk jammer zijn.
Is there room for aftercare?
Aftercare following the session
On the day of the session, you are often very tired. Therefore, we keep the follow-up short, and it is best not to plan anything else afterwards so that you can recover quietly.
The next day I will contact you to hear how you are doing.
A hypnosis session can set a profound transformation in motion. Usually, you gain valuable insights and leave with a fresh, positive perspective on previously burdensome themes. By becoming aware of these patterns, you can integrate the newly acquired insights into your daily life step by step after the session.
Listening back to the recording helps with this and greatly supports the healing process.
Sometimes, a somewhat confusing or sad feeling may remain after a session, similar to processing grief, as old patterns are let go. It is perfectly normal for it to take time to integrate new perspectives. Moreover, it is human to fall back on the familiar, even if that is not always helpful.
Allow yourself the space and time to heal. Surround yourself with good people, animals, or music, ensure you get enough rest, eat and drink healthily, and take a walk in nature. This supports the process.
Do you feel after the session that you need extra guidance? That is perfectly okay. Please let me know, and I will be there for you.
