Quantum Healing Hypnosis
Therapy

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy QHHT in Amsterdam van Dolores Cannon. In-depth transformative session for various areas of life.

QHHT

QHHT – Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique – is a deep form of hypnosis in which you can connect with your subconscious and inner wisdom in a relaxed state.

This method can provide insight into life questions, emotional blockages, and inner growth.

What is QHHT

QHHT was developed by Dolores Cannon and is used worldwide as a profound form of regression hypnosis.

During a session, you enter a very deep trance (theta state), in which memories, insights, or images often emerge that are not always consciously accessible.

Many people experience QHHT as a journey inward, in which answers can emerge to questions about health, patterns, relationships, or life direction.

How does a session proceed?

A QHHT session at Hartmonie usually proceeds like this:

  • Intake interview: we discuss your questions and intentions
  • Induction: deep relaxation / hypnosis
  • Regression: your inner images, memories, or insights
  • Contact with inner wisdom (subconscious / higher consciousness)
  • Return and debriefing

A session lasts 2.5 to 4 hours on average.

Because you forget a lot, just like with dreams, the session is recorded on audio.

What can QHHT bring you?

  • Insight into recurring patterns
  • Emotional processing and awareness
  • More connection with yourself
  • Clarity on life questions
  • Inner peace and acceptance
  • Sometimes physical or emotional relaxation

QHHT is not a medical treatment, but a method for awareness and inner growth.

Who is QHHT suitable for?

QHHT is suitable for people who are curious about their inner world and open to deepening.
You do not need to have any experience with hypnosis.

It works best when you are willing to be guided and do not try to steer everything rationally.

In my practice Hartmonie, I combine gentleness, attention, and depth. QHHT complements hypnotherapy beautifully and can sometimes provide deeper insight alongside EMDR or energy work. Everything takes place in a safe, calm setting.

Frequently asked questions

Below you will find the most frequently asked questions. However, if your question is not listed, please feel free to contact us.

Can I be hypnotized and what does that feel like?

The ability to be hypnotized varies from person to person. Generally speaking, the majority of people are capable of entering a state of hypnosis, but the depth and speed at which this occurs can vary.

It is important to note that hypnosis is a collaborative process between the hypnotherapist and the person being hypnotized. Although some people can be hypnotized more easily than others, virtually anyone can benefit from hypnosis if they are open to it and willing to cooperate.

How does hypnosis feel?

During a hypnosis session, you are in a very deep and pleasant state of relaxation, in which your brain naturally finds itself twice a day: namely, when you are about to fall asleep and the images of your dreams often begin, and when you are waking up. This is the theta state of being in which your brain finds itself at that time. In this state of relaxation, you are conscious, but your consciousness is much less active. This allows you to easily connect with your subconscious.

Under hypnosis, people are generally more receptive to suggestions given by the hypnotherapist. However, this does not mean that they lose their free will or will do things they do not want to do. You still retain a certain degree of control over your thoughts and actions.

Some people experience emotional reactions during hypnosis, ranging from a feeling of deep calm and peace to the release of all kinds of emotions.

The potential benefits of hypnosis include:

  • Resolving deep-seated emotional blockages

  • Improvement of self-confidence and self-esteem

  • Promoting personal growth and spiritual development

  • Healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level

    for complaints such as:

    • Stress and burnout symptoms

    • Anxiety and phobias

    • Unwanted habits and addictions

    • Sleep problems and difficulty relaxing

    • Pain and somatic complaints

    • Negative self-image and low self-confidence

    • Insecurity and difficulty trusting

    • Need for personal growth and behavioral change

    • Improvement of focus and concentration

A hypnosis session consists of 3 parts:

  1. Introduction
We take ample time to discover together where your wishes and needs for change lie. In advance, you prepare questions and themes that are important to you. Valuable insights often emerge at this stage.

  2. Hypnosis session
You are comfortably guided into a deep state of relaxation and focus, in which your subconscious is open to suggestions and visualizations. Together, we work on the desired changes. I employ various hypnosis techniques, such as regression, introspective hypnosis, and complementary sound therapy with singing bowls and sound tubes, which deepen and enhance the experience. The session is always recorded using high-quality audio equipment so that you can listen back to it later.

  3. Debriefing and integration
After the session, we will briefly discuss your experience. You will receive the recording by email the following day. Regularly listening to this recording supports the integration process, strengthens the transformation, and helps deepen insights.

Duration and session options

  • The intake and first session last a maximum of 2.5 hours. Follow-up sessions usually last a maximum of 1.5 hours.

  • Optional: Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) — an extensive session of approximately 3 to 4 hours, in which multiple themes and questions are addressed. This in-depth method offers insights and healing in a single session.

about me

Professionalism, ethics, privacy, and hygiene are essential to me.

Since 2024, I have been an officially registered Hypnotherapist, following the completion of the higher professional education (HBO) equivalent Hypnotherapy training at Hypnoworld Academy (Boxmeer).

I have been certified in EMDR for therapists and coaches since 2025 through Floor Slagter's training.

I hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree with an oncology specialization and am BIG-registered. With 22 years of experience in healthcare, in both an Amsterdam hospital and community nursing, I combine medical knowledge with empathetic guidance.

In 2020, I began my hypnosis training, including Quantum Hypnosis at the Dolores Cannon Academy and Introspective Hypnosis with Antonio Sangio (2021). My practice ‘Voyagehypnose’ started in 2020 and grew into Hartmonie, where I integrate hypnosis and sound therapy.

I am certified and registered with the Peter Hess® Academy Netherlands/Belgium for singing bowl therapy and completed a Gong Masterclass at the Singing Bowl Expertise Centre.

Hartmonie is affiliated with the CAT Collectief, as a result of which my treatments are (partially) reimbursed by health insurers. Additionally, I am registered with the GAT Disputes Committee.

Hypnosis helps with a wide range of complaints and life questions, such as:

  • Anxiety and phobias

  • Addictions and unwanted habits

  • Stress, burnout and overstrain

  • Trauma processing

  • Weight management

  • Menopause and PMS symptoms

  • Negative patterns in HSP

  • Bereavement processing

  • Personal and spiritual growth

In palliative care, hypnosis also provides support for anxiety, pain, intense grief, and existential questions.

Why my hypnotherapy?
I combine hypnosis with healing sound and personal audio recordings for deeper relaxation and lasting change.

For people with severe psychiatric disorders such as:

  • Schizophrenia
  • Hallucinations
  • Psychoses
  • Severe depression
  • Bipolar disorders
  • Advanced dementia such as Alzheimer's
  • With very high doses of antidepressants
  • In deafness
  • Children up to 18 years old
  • Alcohol or drug use on the day of the session

Additionally, it is important that you are open to change, self-reflection, and collaboration. If this is not the case, a hypnosis session is unfortunately not the right choice for you.

Preparations for your hypnosis may consist of:

  • Setting clear goals for during and after the session. What do you hope to get out of the session? How would you like your life to look after the session? Where would you like to see change in your life?

  • Opening the mind to the possibility of change and growth. Allow yourself to change and allow yourself to step out of your comfort zone. This is the best place to grow. By always doing the same thing, usually not much changes. So keep an open mind and judge as little as possible.

  • For your convenience, you can put on clothes that are nice and comfortable.
  • Do not drink alcohol or take drugs beforehand, as this can significantly affect your session, and that would of course be a shame.

Aftercare following the session

On the day of the session, you are often very tired. Therefore, we keep the follow-up short, and it is best not to plan anything else afterwards so that you can recover quietly.

The next day I will contact you to hear how you are doing.

A hypnosis session can set a profound transformation in motion. Usually, you gain valuable insights and leave with a fresh, positive perspective on previously burdensome themes. By becoming aware of these patterns, you can integrate the newly acquired insights into your daily life step by step after the session.

Listening back to the recording helps with this and greatly supports the healing process.

Sometimes, a somewhat confusing or sad feeling may remain after a session, similar to processing grief, as old patterns are let go. It is perfectly normal for it to take time to integrate new perspectives. Moreover, it is human to fall back on the familiar, even if that is not always helpful.

Allow yourself the space and time to heal. Surround yourself with good people, animals, or music, ensure you get enough rest, eat and drink healthily, and take a walk in nature. This supports the process.

Do you feel after the session that you need extra guidance? That is perfectly okay. Please let me know, and I will be there for you.
